We have 5 specialty beers that we make here, and listening to customer input is what has made our beers consistently so well liked. If you’re undecided (choices are hard to make at the Ridge) you can choose our sampler which includes 5 small glasses of each of our beers for $6.25

Rgd - A light summer ale. It's light, delicious, and our most popular ale!

Ridge Honey Ale - Golden in color, flavoured with local smoked honey, this easy drinking, lightly hopped, well-balanced pale ale finishes with a hint of sweetness.

Ridge Amberillo - Brewed with English Marisotter and German Vienna Malts. Included in the hopping profile are East Kent Golding and Crystal which gives a slight pineapple flavour, and a smooth medium body with a quick clean finish.

‘O’ Town Brown Ale - Complex in flavour with hints of chocolate and coffee, this hearty staff favourite combines two row prairie malt with 5 different specialty malts, resulting in a deliciously smooth finished ale.

Ridge India Pale Ale - In the style of the classic English recipe, this fragrant medium bodied amber ale boasts a good hop bite! Dry hopped with fuggle and hallertau, this is an ale that is as pleasing to the nose as it is to the palate. And very soon we’ll be including a raspberry beer to our domestically brewed favourites, so come in and let us know what you have to say about our newest brew baby.
