 The Ridge is proud to offer the following quality brewed beers:
- • NGD - A light summer ale. It's light and delicious, our most popular ale!
- • RIDGE HONEY ALE - Golden in color, flavoured with local smoked honey. This easy drinking, lightly hopped, well-balanced pale ale finishes with a hint of sweetness.
- • RIDGE AMBERILLO - Brewed with English Marisotter and German Vienna Malts. Included in the hopping profile are East Kent Golding and Crystal which gives a slight pineapple flavour and a smooth medium body with a quick clean finish.
- • 'O' TOWN BROWN ALE - Complex in flavor with hints of chocolate and coffee, this hearty staff favourite combines two row prairie malt with 5 different specialty malts, resulting with a deliciously smooth finished ale.
- • RIDGE INDIA PALE ALE - In the style of the classic English recipe, this fragrant medium bodied amber ale boasts a good hop bite! Dry hopped with fuggle and hallertau, this is an ale that is as pleasing to the nose as it is to the palate.
